About BrokerHunting

BrokerHunting exists for one reason: picking a forex broker shouldn't feel like guesswork. We track brokers the way a hunter tracks game: patiently, with evidence at every step.

Explore account costs, platforms, regulatory information and support details together before choosing what to research next.

Review scores and badges provide context. Read the full review, check its sources and confirm current conditions directly with the broker.

Whether you're just starting your hunt or you've been trading for years, BrokerHunting is built to get you to a confident decision faster.

Our Mission

Trading is risky enough without also having to gamble on which broker to trust. Our mission is to remove that second layer of risk.

We do that by combining hands-on testing with transparent scoring, so every review reflects what a broker is actually like to use, whatever its ad campaign says.

In practice, that means we commit to:

  • Presenting account conditions alongside the supporting broker information
  • Publishing our full scoring methodology, not a black box
  • Updating reviews when a broker's terms or regulatory status changes
  • Never letting an advertiser buy a better score

What We Do

BrokerHunting covers four areas of the hunt:

Broker Reviews

In-depth, trophy-scored reviews covering fees, platforms, regulation, deposits/withdrawals, and support for every broker we track.

Each review is broken into the same sections so you can compare brokers apples-to-apples, section by section.

Broker comparison

Pick up to four brokers and put them head-to-head across spreads, fees, platforms, and account types.

It's the fastest way to see exactly where one broker beats another, instead of reading four separate reviews.

Broker Finder

Answer a few quick questions about your country, experience, and trading style, and we'll surface the brokers that actually fit.

No sign-up required. It's a shortcut through the trail, not a lead-gen form.

Trading education

Plain-language guides on trading platforms, fees, regulation tiers, and the terms brokers throw around without explaining.

Built for traders who want to understand what they're reading in a broker review, not just the score at the top.

How We Review Brokers

Every score on BrokerHunting comes from the same repeatable process, documented in full on our methodology page.

  • Open and fund a real live account with the broker
  • Test deposits, withdrawals, and platform tools firsthand
  • Cross-check regulatory status against public regulator registers
  • Score every section against the same fixed criteria

Research Sources

We pull from regulator registers, official broker disclosures, and our own account testing. A broker's marketing page is never our only source.

Hands-On Checks

Scores aren't assigned from a spec sheet. We place trades, request withdrawals, and contact support the same way a real trader would.

When a broker's terms change, we re-test rather than assume the old score still holds.

Broker Entities

Many brokers operate through multiple regulated entities depending on your country. We review the specific entity available to you where possible.

Where regulation differs by entity, we note it directly in the review rather than averaging it away.

Why Trust Matters

A broker holding your funds and executing your trades needs to be trustworthy, because what's at stake is your capital.

That's why trust and safety carries real weight in every trophy score, alongside:

  • Tier of regulatory oversight
  • Segregation of client funds
  • History of regulatory action or complaints
  • Transparency of fees and terms

Editorial Standards

BrokerHunting may earn a commission when you open an account through a link on this site. That never changes what score a broker receives.

If you ever spot something on the site that looks off, or a review that feels out of date, let us know and we'll take a look.

Our Research Team

Read the contributor and reviewer profiles linked from each article to understand the people behind the published research.

Reviewers work from the same published scoring criteria, so a score means the same thing no matter who wrote the review.

We keep the team small and hands-on rather than outsourcing reviews at scale.

Transparency

Every methodology, score, and criterion we use is published on the site, so you can see exactly how we rank brokers.

Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page where they apply.

If a broker changes its terms in a way that affects a published score, we update the review rather than leaving it stale.

Risk Warning

Trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

Nothing on BrokerHunting is financial advice. Our reviews and scores are for informational purposes to support your own research.

Always ensure you understand the risks involved and, if needed, seek independent financial advice before trading.
